Professor Soma Takuya is a Japanese scientist who studies the nomadic peoples (nomads) of Mongolia and Central Asia. During his visit to Kazakhstan, he met with Japanese specialists of the department, acquainted them with the plans, and had a mutual conversation regarding future joint research. In addition, the guest gave a special leadership lecture for the graduate school students, during which he shared information about his scientific research and recent research projects.

            At the end of the meeting, the parties agreed to exchange a bilateral memorandum (MOU) with the aim of deepening the scientific research of students and joint research of scientists from the two countries.
