On September 1, on the Day of Education, a special meeting was held in the faculty. After the meeting, students of the Department of Japanese Studies gathered in the office of Tsukuba University Almaty office and together with the teachers of the department listened to the Address of the Head of State Kassym-Jomart Tokayev to the people of Kazakhstan.
Apart from that, the teachers of the department introduced the university rules, educational system, faculty structure, etc. and answered various questions of the students.
