On October 7, 2020, the celebration of “Korean traditional Cheosok holiday” will take place on the ZOOM online platform under the guidance of advisers Zhansaya Toktarova and Elina Kim. It will be attended by 1st year students of the Korean Studies Department of the Far East Department.

This year Cheosok was celebrated from September 30 to October 2, according to the lunar calendar it is celebrated on the 15th of the 8th month. Every year, the Department of the Far East widely celebrates the Chuseok holiday together with all the teaching staff and students of all courses, but unfortunately this year the event will be held online, but this will not prevent you from spending this day in an interesting and useful way.
