In order to improve the qualifications of young teachers of the Faculty of Information Technologies, on January 20-22, 2021, the annual seminar "Schools for Young Teachers" was held. This year has also been very active in order to support the teachers' aspirations for self-development and accumulation of experience, as well as the opportunity to conduct internships with a wide range of partners, taking advantage of the winter student holidays.

This was especially effective in the context of the rapid development of alternative curricula, which is very important in the transition to new educational standards. The seminar was attended by qualified teachers of the Faculty of Information Technologies. The seminar was initiated by the chairman of the methodological council of the Faculty of Information Technologies Gusmanova F.R. with the support of the members of the methodological council of the faculty. Teachers with extensive experience Turganbaeva, M.E. Mansurova B.S. Baimuldina, A.A. Bedelbaev, M. Bilaliev, N. Kerimbaev, Sh.A. Dzhomartova, E. Beibitkhan, M.A. Zhomartov, M.A., S. Zhunusbaeva made a presentation. Some speakers sought to convey modern practical knowledge, others wanted to explain the need for continuous work to comprehensively increase the intellectual potential of the teacher, etc.

As a result of the three-day seminar, each participating teacher was active, answered logical and difficult questions, and in some places even had a lively discussion, and then came to one answer. The experience of holding an annual seminar shows that the success of teachers is a constant increase in their competencies.
