Al-Farabi Kazakh National University School of curators-advisers On February 11-12, 2022, a training seminar was held for first-year curators-advisers and senior curators-advisers of faculties.

Topic: "Adaptation of youth in modern conditions: stress resistance and resilience."

During the training, trainings and master classes will be held in the following areas:

- Development of self-awareness and legal culture of university students;

- technologies for organizing extracurricular activities of university students;

- Adaptation of youth to changes, psycho-correction of the emotional state;

- psychological stability of a person in a stressful situation;

- Spiritual and moral education as the basis for the formation of Kazakhstani patriotism;

- prevention of religious extremism and terrorism;

- Communication strategy - accentuation of behavior.

The purpose of the training seminar: to teach young people modern methods of adaptation to emergency situations, ways to develop stress resistance and resilience.
