Leadership lecture on the topic: "Requirements for the designs of machine parts and their accounting in order to ensure SDG 9. Infrastructure development, innovations" for lecturers, PhD students and Master Students of Al-Farabi Kazakh National University was conducted by Professor of the Department of Mechanical Engineering and Machine Parts of the University of Chemical Technology and Metallurgy, as well as the Faculty of Fire Safety and Population Protection of the Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs Dimitar Karaivanov (Bulgaria, Sofia).

In June 1992, the UN Conference on Environment and Development in Rio de Janeiro adopted the concept of "sustainable development" and a large-scale program "Agenda of the XXI century". This program addresses general issues, the solution of which will ensure sustainable development in the future.

SDG-2030 is a comprehensive set of goals and indicators until 2030 aimed at 1) improving the quality of life of citizens, 2) Socio-economic development of states, 3) environmental sustainability. The SDG consists of 17 goals to be achieved by 2030, as well as 169 targets and 242 indicators related to them.

al-Farabi Kazakh National University the UNESCO Department of Sustainable Development deals with several issues mentioned above. In order to train highly qualified specialists for the development of their education, demand, versatility, leadership lectures are always organized with the invitation of outstanding personalities from our country and foreign colleagues. One of them is Professor of the Department of Mechanical Engineering and Machine Parts of the University of Chemical Technology and Metallurgy in Sofia, Bulgaria, Faculty of Fire Safety and Public Protection of the Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs Dimitar Karaivanov "requirements for the design of machine elements and their consideration in order to ensure SDG 9. Infrastructure development, innovation". This lecture will focus on the issues of improving infrastructure and improving resource efficiency with the participation of all countries in accordance with individual capabilities by 2030, mentioned in Goals 9 of the SDGs, and sustainable re-equipment of enterprises through the wider use of clean and environmentally friendly technologies and industrial process.
