Tasks of the movement "Nevada-Semey" associated with the cardinal need to restore the ecology of the Republic of Kazakhstan

On February 28, activists of the youth organization together with the Nevada-Semey International Anti-Nuclear Movement celebrated the date of the creation of the Nevada-Semey International Anti-Nuclear Movement by organizing an online round table on the topic “Tasks of the Nevada-Semey Movement related to the cardinal need to restore the ecology of the Republic of Kazakhstan”.

During the online round table, the issues of the results of the organization of the Nevada-Semey movement achieved over 32 years, the tasks of the movement to restore the ecological situation in the country were considered.

The first vice-president of the international anti-nuclear movement "Nevada-Semey" Efim Lvovich Zuslin, veterans of the anti-nuclear movement, representatives of the youth organization "Nevada-Semey" KazNU named after al-Farabi.

MAD "Nevada-Semey" was able to stop nuclear explosions not only in Kazakhstan, but all over the world. We are glad that the new generation is setting global goals for itself - to achieve an end to the build-up of nuclear weapons and live in a world free of them.

The chairman of the youth organization “Nevada-Semey” of Al-Farabi KazNU, senior lecturer of the UNESCO Chair on Sustainable Development Tanabekova Gulzhanat Bakytovna spoke at the online round table. She spoke about the work done by the youth organization.

As a result of the round table, young people received valuable information from the leaders of the international anti-nuclear movement "Nevada-Semey".
