On November 1, a lecture on the history of restaurant business and a master class on how to become a restaurant business owner were held at the Ecober distributing company for Tourism major 2nd year students of the Al-Farabi Kazakh National University and a lecture was given by a senior lecturer of the Department of Recreational Geography and Tourism Uvarova Alisa Konstantinovna Uvarova The workshop was hosted by professional chemistry expert, Alexander Zotov, as well as brand chef ambassador of the culinary studio, Alisher Prnazarov. Each specialist is one of leading experts in his field of activity who shared their experience and knowledge with us, and each of them gave us some tips for the future.
