The Civilization Exchange and Co-operation Foundation currently provides religious and cultural educational, advisory, and orientation services for international exchange students and employees of the US Department of Youth-sponsored United States Youth Exchange Education Program (YES). Imam Arafat is the organizer of three annual youth leaders and interfaith conferences “Better Understanding for a Better World” (BUBW) in Orlando, San Diego and Baltimore. He also conducted Islamic programs in America through the United States Department of State's International Sound Program in more than 25 countries.

During the meeting, Mr. Mohamad Bashar introduced the activities of the foundation to those present and emphasized the importance of explaining Islamic culture in the West.

In conclusion, the president of the fund answered questions from students and expressed interest in establishing partnerships with Аl-Farabi University.
