Doctoral PhD KazNU Al-Farabi Tungatova Ulzhan Askarbayevna raised questions about the secular nature of education in government and other educational institutions. Under the secular education refers to education, independent of any religious resolution, where educational activities are not subject to religious associations, education is not aimed at the professional religious training of religious ministers, at teaching or imposing any religion.

The senior teacher of the Department of Religious Studies and Cultural Studies of the KazNU named after Al-Farabi Berikbayev Elnar Galymzhanovich said that young people, trying to get a religious education or to fill in religious knowledge, often turn to Internet sites of dubious nature, where they are subjected to ideological treatment by false preachers, the goal which is the distortion of the consciousness of the individual, the formation of certain value systems and the final involvement in the ranks of terrorists.

The speakers discussed the religious situation in a secular republic, the principle of secularism, which primarily protects human rights and freedom, and discussed issues guided by legal justifications for the further development of tolerance in interfaith, intercultural and inter-ethnic relations among various state confessions, as well as maintaining stability in our country.
