• Within the framework of democratic reforms announced by the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan K.K. Tokayev, scientific organizations are actively developing, the purpose of which is the development of scientific potential, training of scientific personnel, the introduction of new scientific technologies into public life.

           In 2022, the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan was established and is actively operating.

In 2020, the National Law Academy of the Republic of Kazakhstan was established. This Academy unites professionals-lawyers, scientists, practitioners to participate in the political and legal life of the country.

The purpose of the Academy is to implement the most important and promising scientific research and scientific and technical developments to ensure the economic, social, state-legal and cultural development of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The Academy has 33 academicians and 2 corresponding members.

         The President of the National Law Academy of the Republic of Kazakhstan is Candidate of Law, Professor Kuandykov Bakytzhan Zhursinovich.

         For great achievements in the development of legal science and legal education, the Dean of the Faculty of Law, Doctor of Law, Professor Baideldinov Daulet Laikovich was awarded the title of Academician of the National Law Academy of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
