In order to form a new view of the teaching of administrative law among students of the Faculty of Law, in connection with the adoption and implementation of new administrative legislation in law enforcement practice, at the faculty of the teaching staff of the Department of Theory and History of State and Law, Constitutional and Administrative Law, Leadership lectures are constantly held, which are at the same time part of the image policy of the law faculty of Al-Farabi Kazakh National University.

So, on December 1, 2022 at 13:00, as part of the educational and educational activities of the scientific community «Justice in Law» under the guidance of Professor of the Department, Doctor of Law. Kalisheva N.Kh. the Leadership lecture of the judges of the specialized court for administrative offenses Aldabek Yerzhan Abdrazakovich and Kuzetaeva Dinara Zarybekovna on the topic: «Administrative claims: theory and practice» was held.

During a meeting with students of the 2nd year of the Faculty of Law, which was held offline, professional Kazakhstani practitioners in the judicial sphere of the Republic of Kazakhstan kindly agreed to speak to the students on the current academic topic of the discipline «Administrative Law».

During the speech, the judges clearly highlighted what claims are, how administrative claims differ from claims in civil proceedings. Requirements for writing administrative claims, because the completeness of the court decision as a whole will depend on a well-written claim by the plaintiff, the admissibility and validity of the claims of applicants for administrative offenses are covered in detail. The judges supported their arguments with examples from judicial practice, vividly operating with statistical data, based on the new and updated legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

During the event, dedicated to a topical issue for sovereign Kazakhstan, a confidential dialogue immediately developed between the judges of the specialized court for adm.pravogarusheny and students, many interesting questions were asked that concern the younger generation of Kazakhstanis, in order to effectively exercise their rights and freedoms, which once again confirms the importance and timeliness of holding such meetings of student youth with professional practitioners in the judicial sphere of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
