On 02.04.2021, in al-Farabi Kazakh National University by undergraduates of the 1st year Kalamgali T.О. and Khamleeva A.А. were taken place an event on the topic «Time management in our life» within the framework of pedagogical practice on the Microsoft Teams platform.

The main task of this event was teachimg students to manage their time independently.

To the attention of participants were offered presentation, where questions were raised about the essence of time management and its benefits for students; were highlighted such concepts as time sinks, advantages, basic principles, rules and the most effective methods of time management, and also shows the reasons of when and why it does not work.

The organizers of the meeting conducted a survey in advance in order to establish feedback with students and identify the most used and popular methods of time management. The survey data was presented in the form of graphs and diagrams, and the students were offered a test, that determines their ability to work with time management.

Ihe event was attended by students, undergraduates, teachers of the Department of "Physical Chemistry, Catalysis and Petrochemistry", as well as invited students of the Tomsk State University of Architecture and Civil Engineering, who actively participated in the discussion. In general, the meeting was held at a high level and the participants received an invaluable and much-needed amount of information for planning their time.
