Scientific practice
Scientific practice takes place in the Al-Farabi KazNU Technopark. Employees of this laboratory are engaged in an important matter, they create catalysts with the help of which it is possible to reduce the content of trans-isomers in oils. The World Health Organization recommends reducing the content of trans-isomers to 1%, since a high content leads to diabetes and cardiovascular diseases.
