On April 26, 2021, at 5:00 pm, a webinar on the topic “Psychological tricks: How to learn something difficult and tedious?” within the framework of teaching practice was held in English. Webinar host: 1st year master student of the Department of Physical Chemistry, Catalysis and Petrochemistry, specialty “Petrochemistry” Maksotova Kuralay. Scientific adviser - Doctor of Chemistry, Associate Professor Akbaeva Dina Nauryzbaevna. The webinar was attended by students and teachers of the Faculty of Chemistry and Chemical Technology.

The webinar discussed the problem of gaining new knowledge and self-improvement as a key element of personal growth and progress, success in life, building a career, achieving happiness and well-being. But learning any kind of skills and assimilation of new information does not always happen at the speed that suits us. With any subject that needs to be studied, there is one serious problem: you should decide for yourself that it is boring, as the speed of learning drops several times and you will have to put in much more effort.
