On the first spring sunny day, the 70th anniversary of the two-time winner of the republican competition "The best teacher of the university", teacher, professor of the Department of Physical Chemistry, Catalysis and Petrochemistry Ospanova Aliya Kapanovna was celebrated. On the jubilee day, on behalf of the rector of the Kazakh National University named after al-Farabi, the dean of the faculty Tasibekov Kh.S. and the head of the department Aubakirov E.A. congratulated and awarded Alya Kapanovna a badge "For labor distinction" and a diploma for her contribution to the development of the university.

The jubilee was held online on the ZOOM platform, so most of the teachers of the Chemistry and Chemical Technology faculty had the opportunity to attend. Also, foreign scientists took part, who jointly carry out scientific work. Among other things, Professor of the Novosibirsk State Technical University N.F. Uvarov congratulated the scientist A.K. Ospanova, who has been working tirelessly in the field of science for many years.

The first teacher of our professor, the author of several books on physical chemistry in the Kazakh language, Ph. D., Professor Shabikova G. Kh. recalled the student years of her student Aliya Kapanovna and noted that since that time she had a great desire to become a scientist. Graduates of the Department of Physical Chemistry and Electrochemistry, deputy of the Senate of the Republic of Kazakhstan from Pavlodar region, doctor of chemical sciences, professor, member of the National Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Kazakhstan Nukhin A.N. congratulated and noted the place of Alia Kapanovna in science.
