The ecology of language: the modern linguistic image of the space of Kazakhstan
On April 6 2021,the professorial lecture took place at the Faculty of Philology of the Al-Farabi Kazakh National University. The lecture was delivered by the Professor of the Department of Kazakh Linguistics, Doctor of Philology, Avakova Raushan Amirdinovna. Raushan Amirdinovna devoted all her life to the study of the topical problems of Kazakh linguistics, general linguistics, Turkic studies, linguistic cultural studies, ethnolinguistics, phraseology of the Kazakh and Turkic languages, as well as the theory of lexicography, teaching Kazakh as a second and foreign language. The lecture "The ecology of language: the modern linguistic image of the space of Kazakhstan" was attended by students and students of universities of Uzbekistan and Kazakhstan. The lecture touched upon the topical issues of the language ecology and purity and the ways of its preserving.
