On April 14, 2023, there was an Olympiad among students of other nationalities studying at higher educational institutions of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The Olympiad aim was to improve the knowledge of Kazakh culture and history, traditions and national values along with the knowledge of the state language. The Olympiad was held in Kazakh and was called: «Speak Kazakh, Surprise the world, Kazakhstan is an independent country forever!» . It was organized by Al-Farabi Kazakh National University, the Faculty of Philology, and A. Baitursynov Department of Kazakh Linguistics.

The Republican Olympiad was held under the chairwomanship of the head of A. Baitursynov Department of Kazakh Linguistics, Doctor of Philological Sciences, professor, Salkynbay Anar Bekmyrzakyzy, and the members of the Olympiad jury were Associate Professor of the Department of Languages of the International University of Information Technologies, Doctor of Philological Sciences, Akyzhanova Akmarzhan Tasibekovna and Associate Professor of the Department of Linguistics of S.Asfendiyarov Kazakh National Medical University, Zaisanbayev Toleubek Kizatulu.

The students of Al-Farabi KazNU, Turan University, Kenzhegali Sagadiyev University of International business, Caspian University, Kazakh Architectural and Construction Academy and M. S. Narikbayev KazGUU competed in the individual - educational Olympiad.

31 students from universities of the Republic of Kazakhstan submitted application-forms to participate in the Olympiad. Among them there was Steinpress Alexandra (German), Arestova Ksenia (Russian), Leonid Rusyanovsky (Ukrainian), Nu Vanessa (Korean), Sachakova Suzanna (Jewish), Lis Valeriya (Russian), Leven Luiza (Russian), Yun Angela (Korean), Shilova Alina (Russian), Dobrydneva Yekaterina (Russian), Darya Sizova (Russian), Maxim Ocheretin (Russian), Te Karina (Korean), Igorevich Rifkat (Jewish), Sharonova Arina (Russian), Bessonnyi Denis (Russian), Oleg Kirillov (Russian).
