In the honor of the 30th anniversary of Independence the first-year students of Al-Farabi Kazakh National University majoring in Kazakh Philology held a festive and educational online event on the topic: «Independence is great achievement made by Kazakh people which will exist forever»" on ZOOM platform.

     The event began with a video devoted to the memory of the heroes. Then the students showed a role-playing scene: “Kairat Ryskulbekov and his mother”. The young poets produced an imperishable impression on the audience by reading lines from their poems about independence. Talented students sang patriotic songs about their homeland and the history of the country. The performances of the song: "Tugan zher" by Aygazinova Gaukhar and the legendary song "Zheltoksan zheli" by Amanova Kamila were marked. The students read not only their poems, but also recited the poems by other famous poets. Bektursyn Aydos performed on the dombra his special poem which he devoted to his motherland.

     The event program also included the quiz on the topic: «The victory of creative work is a the Independence fruit». The students chose the cells with questions about the successes of the Republic achieved up to the present time, and answered them. At the end of our event, the curator-adviser of the group Zhanar Abitzhanova expressed her gratitude and best wishes to the students. The given event was an excellent incentive for the students to achieve set goals.
