On October 25, 2021, at the Department of Political Science and Political Technology, Faculty of Philosophy and Political Science of Al-Farabi KazNU, an offsite training seminar was held on the topic "Ways and mechanisms for the development of political culture". This training seminar was organized by the Public Fund "Eternal Kazakhstan" and was timed to coincide with the 30th anniversary of the Independence of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

During the event, the Dean of the Faculty of Philosophy and Political Science, Candidate of Philosophy, Associate Professor Bekzhan Meirbayev spoke about the current state of political culture in Kazakhstan and the importance of the seminar for future political scientists.

Head of the Department of Political Science and Political Technology, Doctor of Political Science, Professor Gulnara Nasimova noted that the development of political culture is very important in our society and the promotion of its ways and mechanisms is very important among future political scientists.

2. Zhenisbek Tolen, PhD, Head of the Department of Regional Studies and International Relations, Turan University.

3. Elmira Nazirova, Master of Social Sciences. Lecturer at the University of Foreign Languages ​​and Business Career.

4. Nurbolat Nyshanbai, political scientist, graduate of the Bolashak program (Australia, The University of Queensland), PhD candidate in international relations.

5. Oralbek Yskak, political scientist, master of social sciences.

The speakers discussed the topic “Ways and mechanisms for the development of political culture” and held an open dialogue with future political scientists on this topic. At the end of the training seminar, the participants were awarded certificates of the Eternal Kazakhstan Public Fund.
