Discussion of fiction from the list of recommended reading
The Department of Pedagogy and Educational Management in the framework of the project "100 books" on October 24, 2018 held an event "Discussion of fiction from the list of recommended reading" in the framework of the project "100 books". The organizers of the event were Associate Professor Ashekeeva K.N. and undergraduate 2 course specialty "Pedagogy and Psychology" Batzhanova M.N. The participants of the event were students of the specialty "Pedagogy and Psychology", 3 course. The works of art that had a great influence on the participants of the event ,were leaded into the discussion. The list of such books was the work of M. Auezov “The Path of Abai”, J. Rowling “Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire”, J. Boyne “The Boy in Striped Pajamas”, D. Brown “The Da Vinci Code”. Each of these works was familiar to all participants in the event because someone was personally acquainted with them, and someone had heard from friends. Noteworthy was the fact that reading fiction was not just interesting for the participants of the event, but really made them think about the values of our life, about the common way of our world. In addition to the aesthetic pleasure from these books you can learn a lot of interesting and real facts. The participants of the event were pleased to share their impressions and share their views on this literature. Perhaps even those students who do not particularly resort to reading books in their free time were interested in the stories mentioned.
