"Our Emotions in Colours"
On March 5, 2018, at 2 p.m. within the framework of the project "The cult of a healthy body" third year students of the specialty "Social pedagogy and self knowledge" under the leadership of Ph.D., Associate Professor of the Department of pedagogy and educational management Shuzhebaeva A.I. for the first courses in the specialties "Social pedagogy and self-knowledge" we had some educational hour.
This event was aimed at supporting mental health. Currently, the work of teachers and psychologists actively uses color therapy. About how the color affects the psyche, behavior, a person's condition, it is important to know everyone.
Students received great information about the features of each color, shared their tastes, interests, regarding the use of color in clothing, interior. Also, freshmen portrayed the future study of a guidance counselor and teacher of self-knowledge.
The educational hour was active, varied, cognitive and exciting.
