Educational activity "Author's position in life: the basis of the narrative approach in psychology"

On March 1, 2018 within the framework of the project "Ainalandy nurlandyr" an educational event was held in the format of a master class on the topic: "The author's position in life: the basis of the narrative approach in psychology" with the invitation of Aydarbekov Kairat Anvarbekovich - candidate of psychological sciences, narrative practitioner, coach of "Ambition International Business Qualification" LLP.

Students of the specialty "Psychology" of the Faculty of Philosophy and Political Science, undergraduates of the Biological and Geographic Faculty of KazNU, graduates of UIB universities, AlmaU, practicing psychologists attended this event. 16 people in total.

In the introductory part of the master class the participants got acquainted with the identification of their goals in life and the definition of their uniqueness.

In the main part, the coach gave an explanation of what the author's position is and presented possible ways of self-determination in life. For clarity, excerpts from movies were shown. Next, a task was proposed to understand their personal experience and determine the external and internal parameters of personal success.

In the final part, the trainer presented a step-by-step scheme for achieving success in the personal project "Me in 5 years of professional activity" and commented on it in detail, based on the responses of the participants.

In the end, the results were summed up and feedback from all participants was given. According to the participants, they received new knowledge and experience, great pleasure from working with an experienced trainer and successful psychologist-practitioner, strengthened their motivation and desire to achieve success in their project "Me in 5 years". In general, the master class was held in an interactive mode and a friendly atmosphere.
