On February 12, 2021, at 8.00 am, an online discussion hour was held with the participation of 1st-year students of the specialties "Biology", "Biotechnology", "Genetics", "Biomedicine" on the topic "the role of Sociological Science in the development of the social sphere and ways to solve social problems", organized by Professor of the Department "Sociology and social work", Doctor of sociological Sciences Abdikerova Gulnafis Orynbasarovna and doctoral student of the department T. B. Tauekelova. Students who analyzed the problems of society in the social sphere and ways to solve them were able to express their thoughts freely. Professor Abdikerova G. O., continuing their thoughts, explained the desire of students to acquire knowledge, the need for comprehensive development and self-improvement, analyzed ways to solve these problems in society. The discussion was held on the ZOOM platform.
