Certification of social workers of the crisis center Zhan-Saya
Representatives of the Department of Sociology and Social Work of KazNU named after al-Farabi, together with colleagues from the social protection services of the population of Almaty, carried out certification of social workers of the Zhan-Saya crisis center, where they provide professional assistance and support to victims of domestic violence. As a result, it is gratifying to note that the head of the center, Zulfiya Baysakova, managed to form a close-knit team of specialists who are passionate about their work, who know and understand their business well: from the legal framework and standards for providing social assistance to simple human relationships with clients and colleagues.
