The purpose of the Olympiad: disclosure of creative abilities, selection and support of the most talented and gifted students; promoting the formation of intellectual potential of students; attracting students and young scientists to solve scientific problems of our time; development of interest in scientific activity.

PARTICIPATIONT o participate in the II stage of the Republican student subject Olympiad are invited students of higher educational institutions, who are the winners of the intra-University rounds of the Olympiad.Arrival of participants-March 27, 2019.To participate in the Olympiad it is necessary to send the following documents to the organizing Committee of the Olympiad on electronic media by March 15, 2019:1. Applications for participation;2. Letter signed by the rector (Vice-rector); 3. Minutes of the Commission on the results of the First stage of the Olympiad.
All costs associated with participation in the II stage of the Republican student subject Olympiad (arrival, departure, meals, accommodation) are carried out at the expense of the sending party. If you need to book a place in the hotel, please inform the responsible person.
THE GENERAL SITUATION OF THE REPUBLICAN OLYMPIADThe Republican Olympiad is held in 2 stages:1) the first stage-intra-University; 2) the second stage - in base high schools;In the first stage of the Olympiad, students of higher educational institutions in priority areas of training and specialties of higher education can participate. Rector (Vice-rector) of the University organizes competition committees on the relevant sections of the competition, including representatives of leading scientific organizations, industrial enterprises, local authorities. According to the results of the first stage of the Olympiad (intra-University) competition Committee of the University, approved by the order of the rector (Vice-rector), on a competitive basis selects and sends the best students to the base universities to participate in the II stage of the competition. When nominating students to participate in the II stage of the Olympiad, the higher educational institution sends the following documents to the base University: a letter signed by the rector (Vice-rector) on the results of the first stage of the Olympiad or the decision of the Academic Council of the University, which is issued by the Protocol.The terms of stage I (intra-University) are determined by the order of the rector of the University from October 1 to January 1, stage II (in basic universities) from January 1 to April 1 this year.The order of summing up the results of the Republican OlympiadThe competition Commission of the basic University recommends to award winners in the following order: for 1st place - diploma of the Ministry of education and science of the Republic of Kazakhstan I degree (no more than one student); for 2nd place - diplomas of the Ministry of education and science of the Republic of Kazakhstan II degree (no more than two students); for the 3rd place - diplomas of the Ministry of education and science of the Republic of Kazakhstan III degree (no more than three students). The decision of the Republican Commission to determine the winners of the II stage of the Olympiad is made out by the relevant Protocol, signed by all its members.The next Olympiad in the specialty is held on the basis of the University, the student (team) of which took the first place in the relevant specialty.The order of awarding the winners of the RepublicanOlympiadsWinners of the Republican Olympiad, who took 1, 2, 3 places, are awarded with diplomas of the Ministry of education and science of the Republic of Kazakhstan I, II, III degree. The management of the higher educational institution is offered to encourage students-winners of the Olympiad at the expense of the University.

Working languages-Kazakh, Russian, English.- For carrying out and organization of the Republican subject Olympiad are appointed responsible persons (organizing Committee), which form an expert group, the jury on specialties.- The organizing Committee determines the specific dates of the Republican subject Olympiad and develops the program. Brings information to the participants.- The organizing Committee approves the tasks for the Olympics.- The organizing Committee will organize accommodation, meals, departure (at the expense of the sending party) of the participants of this event.- The organizing Committee organizes the Olympiad, decides the organizational issues of the tasks, the order of awarding the participants.- Expert group (experienced teachers) develops the content of competitive tasks, determines the stages, rounds of the Olympiad. - The jury evaluates the results of the participants ' performances, their tasks in accordance with the chosen or developed methodology and evaluation criteria, determines the winners. The jury consists of Directors, leading specialists of scientific organizations, centers and highly qualified teachers of the University. The jury is approved by the Vice-rector for research and innovation Kaznuim.al-Farabi. - The jury has the right to consider the claims of the participants of the Republican subject Olympiad.- In the analysis of controversial issues, the jury has the right to raise the rating (or leave it the same), and lower it in case of errors not noticed during the initial check. The jury's decision is final.- All decisions of the jury are recorded and unsubscribed by the responsible person.-There should be no more than 3 students in the team.
