Defenses of PhD-theses
In December 2014, the defenses of the three PhD-theses prepared at the department of analytical, colloid chemistry and technology of rare elements were carried out.
1. Rakhymbay G.S. Theme: Development of technology for the electrochemical refining of indium from polymetallic raw materials of Kazakhstan. Supervisors: DSc, professor Bibissara Burkitbayeva; PhD, professor of the University of Aix-Marseille (France) Florence Wakanda.
2. Baimatova N.K. Theme: Chemical pollutants of air in Almaty city. Supervisors: DSc, professor Svetlana Batyrbekova; PhD, professor of Iowa state university (USA) Jacek Koziel Adam.
3. Kholkin O.S. Theme: Preparation of composite electrochemical coatings with desired properties. Supervisors: DSc, professor Andrei Kurbatov; professor of Texas state university (USA), Harry W., Bill; professor of the University of Aix-Marseille (France) Thierry Dzhenizen.
