🔓We must admit that the discovery of the Kutlyk Khagan's inscription is an invaluable asset not only for the Turkic people, but for the civilized human community as a whole.

🔓Today, the members of the expedition, who came to the Al-Farabi library of our university at the special invitation of our rector, the researcher of the International Turkish Academy N. Bazylkhan and A. A., the leader of the Institute of Archeology of the Mongolian Academy of Sciences. We heard from Mr. Enkhtor's own words about the history of the discovery of the stone and the inscription on it, and we were convinced that one of the new tasks of our scientists is to increase the importance of the newly found ancient relic through comparative historical research, discuss its ideas and achievements, and textologically systematize it.
