On 27 October at 10:00 the Al-Farabi Kazakh National University is hosting a student interactive role play on human rights “EU Mini Model”. The event is organized by the Delegation of European Union to Kazakhstan in collaboration with European Information Center at KazNU.

More than 30 students of the Department of International Relations of the KazNU and Kazakh-German University will take part in this game and step into shoes of diplomats representing EU member states and the Republic of Kazakhstan. Participants will discuss cooperation in the field of human rights protection with a focus on social protection, healthcare, education, culture, sport and tourism.

After the interactive role play a press briefing will be held with the participation of the Head of the Delegation, the Ambassador of the European Union in the Republic of Kazakhstan Mr. Traian Hristea, First Vice-Rector of the KazNU Mr. Mukhambetkali Burkitbayev, and Director of the European Information Center of the KazNU Ms. Kuralai Baizakova.

The event will launch the media campaign for human rights under the hashtag #EU4HumanRights.
