My name is Mukhamejan Saida, and my student exchange experience in Poland has become a crucial and priceless part of my educational journey.

While studying in the third year of the Faculty of Philology at Al-Farabi KazNU, I decided to seize the opportunity of the The Ministry of Science and Higher Education program and go to the city of Poznań for studies at Adam Mickiewicz University.

The initial weeks in Poland were filled with excitement and adaptation to a new environment. Life in Poznań proved to be captivating and vibrant. Here, I encountered a diverse culture, embraced new traditions, and immersed myself in the language. Interacting with local students and professors broadened my perspective and enriched my experience.

The academic process at Adam Mickiewicz University was both captivating and intensive. Lectures and seminars provided me with the opportunity to delve deeper into my subjects. Teachers were open to discussion, and exchanging opinions with students from different countries made my educational experience even more valuable.

A crucial aspect of my exchange was integrating academic studies with language practice in everyday life. Communicating with local residents and participating in language clubs helped me improve my proficiency in German and English. It served not only as language practice but also as a chance to immerse myself in the country's culture.

Furthermore, the student exchange in Poland granted me a unique opportunity to travel across the country and explore its rich heritage and beautiful natural landscapes. Visiting historical sites, attending festivals, and engaging with locals helped me better understand Poland and its unique history.

The student exchange in Poznań became not just an academic challenge but a splendid adventure that transformed my worldview and enriched my personality. This experience marked an incredible step forward in both my education and personal development.
