On April 5, 2023, the Department of Economic Specialties of the University "Kazakh National Pedagogical University named after Abai" held a student subject Olympiad among students of higher educational institutions of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the discipline "Macroeconomics". Students of 5 university courses of "economic specialties" took participate  in the Olympiad. On behalf of the University "KazNU named after Al Farabi" under the guidance of c.e.s., senior lecturer Turarov D. R., students of the specialty "Economics": Kuzembayeva Nurailym, Sagynbaeva Asem, Tleulieva Gulnaz, Maulenova Moldir, Sadyk Inkar took part in the Olympiad and won the 2nd prize.
