The Department of Kazakh literature and literary theory of the faculty of Philology and world languages of al-Farabi Kazakh national University closely cooperates with schools of the country in training specialists in the specialty "Kazakh language and literature" in the bachelor's degree. Employers pay special attention to the fact that two-way communication is caused by the demand for the best teachers. School leaders thankfully inform the departments that students of the specialty "Kazakh language and literature" show a high level of preparation for teaching practice in their schools. Based on the agreement of the parties, students not only pass professional practice, but also create conditions for the correct choice of profession, without making mistakes in the choice of students.
