Professor Dolgov Vladimir Vladimirovich noted the impact of health care restructuring on laboratory services in Russia, which served as the basis for the development of new hormonal documents for the laboratory case; Shcherbo Sergey Nikolaevich, doctor of medical science, professor, vice-president of the Russian association of medical laboratory diagnostics, head of the department of clinical laboratory diagnostics "Russian National Medical Research University. NI Pirogov (Moscow) in detail introduced the participants of the Congress to modern laboratory technologies as the basis of medicine 5P;
Gerasimenko Viktoria Arkadievna, cms, specialist in the production of the geomatology company Beckman Coulter, a doctor of KLD, a member of the ISLH and FLM (Moscow) conducted a thorough hematological analysis - from the principle of the Culter to the flow cytometry; a guest from Finland, Tero Hongisto, highlighted a report on immanematological studies in pregnant and newborns. In general, the work of the Congress was mainly devoted to the actual problems of the laboratory service and the need for harmonization of normative acts and standards, the training of specialists.
