Traditional tourist rally "Memory of friends."
On September 29, a traditional open international competition of tourism techniques “Memory of Friends”, organized by the Federation of Sport Tourism in Almaty, was held in the rock climbing area of the Small-Almaty Forestry.
Teams from various universities of the city specializing in the training of sports and tourist personnel took part in the start of the competition.
During the competition, the participants showed the ability to work with tourist and climbing equipment, consolidated theoretical knowledge on tourist technology in practice, gained competitive experience, while receiving a charge of good mood, vitality and health.
The team of students of the Department of Recreational Geography and Tourism, al-Farabi Kazakh National University. worthily performed in this competition. The winners of the competition were awarded with prizes and souvenirs from the organizers.
