Round table with international participation " S. R. Yerdavletov-founder of the science of tourism in Kazakhstan»
On May 20, 2021, a round table meeting was held dedicated to the 80th anniversary of the birth of Doctor of Geographical Sciences, Honorary Worker of Tourism of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Professor Stanislav Yerdavletov, founder and first head of the Department of Tourism of Al-Farabi Kazakh National University.
The organizer is the Department of Recreational Geography and Tourism of Al-Farabi Kazakh National University.
The event format is mixed (online plus face-to-face participation of the organizers).
The main goal is to discuss fundamental and applied scientific problems in the field of tourism and hospitality in the context of global challenges and threats, positive experience, innovations and integration in the professional environment and in the field of tourism education, continuity in the science of tourism, the scientific heritage of S. R. Yerdavletov.
