The lecture of colonel-general Asyl-Khenei Sagyngan Baiboluly
In the framework of the project Sanali Urpak, a meeting held of students of the specialty "Jurisprudence" with the General-the Colonel of Asyl-Khenei Sagyngan Baiboluly on march 14, 2019, which based on College of the Kazakh national University named after al-Farabi.
The meeting held in the form of a lecture called "Some Issues of Moral and Ethical Image of Law Enforcement Officers", where General Asyl-Khenei represented his vision of the issue of ethics of law enforcement officers. In addition, the General noted issues arising from the reform of the law enforcement system currently which being carried out in Kazakhstan.
Students asked huge amount of questions about the local police service, the General's opinion about the beginning of a career in the law enforcement system.
