College staff of KazNU named after Al-Farabi in order to improve the corporate culture and in the framework project of Kazakh National University named after Al-Farabi "The cult of healthy body" organized team building at the recreation center "Maralsay", dedicated to the Teachers’ Day. There are many celebrations in our life that concern all of us. Every year in early October, we are celebrating the Teachers’ Day. "Teacher" - a word that in the East countries writes with a capital letter. The vocation, which requires from person all his powers and abilities without residue. The service, which does not know the holidays and brakes. The work of teachers and educators deserve sincere recognition and gratitude. After all, teachers work requires tremendous patience and continuous professional development. Its importance for the formation and development of society cannot be underestimated especially now. There is no doubt that the modern education in Kazakhstan, focused on system-activity approach to learning is to try to teach the younger generation to learn the identity of a particular form of civil and moral attitude, the certain value orientations. Understanding the need to redirect students to a productive educational activity, in terms of introduction of new experimental programs, encourages the staff of college to look for new approaches to the teaching of all subjects.

It was always assumed that people are the most valuable resource of any activity. But the use of this resource would be desirable to most efficiently. For this reason, we try to use modern methods and tools to work with the stuff of college. One of these methods is to conduct team building, which main aim is to increase the interaction between teachers, unite team members and raise their awareness of the tasks and objectives that are common to all.

The staff of the college gathered in an informal atmosphere - it's a good solution for a relaxing and strengthening the corporate spirit. We spent an unforgettable weekend in one of the most beautiful, fabulous and clean parts of the Trans-Ili Alatau, in a picturesque tract Maralsay, in the Ile-Alatau State National Natural Park. The enchanting beauty of these places, covered with legends, clean air, tour, guitar songs, dances and contests - all were in abundance. Away from the urban bustle of our metropolis, we were able to draw the eyes of the surrounding us gifts, created by nature itself, to find harmony of body and soul, to feel peace of mind.

This event, where suits and ties were replaced by jeans and sneakers, rallied colleagues even more. Light and cheerful atmosphere was present throughout the rest. See colleagues not in college walls was interesting to each of those presenters. Such emotional discharge helps to increase the motivation, to unlock the potential of each teacher, to help young teachers to adapt quickly, and most importantly - to work out in the collective sense of unity and cohesion. It was an unforgettable holiday - Teachers' Day - in the mountains in the open air in the very warm, kind and fun atmosphere!

We hope that this team building is a continuation of good tradition, aimed at strengthening the corporate spirit and solidarity of the college teachers.
