Due to the emergency situation in the country, since March 16, the Department of pre-University training of the faculty of pre-University education of the al-Farabi Kazakh national University has switched to distance learning mode. The Department of pre-University training trains foreign citizens and citizens of the Kazakh Diaspora, as well as foreign students who left the country before the quarantine, continue their education via the Internet.

For students on the Zoom platform, online lectures are held in the state, Russian and English languages, and the UNIVER information and software complex is used for conducting classes.

Under the guidance of the head of the Department M. Seidakhmetovich, in order to successfully implement the educational process in emergency situations, systematic work is being carried out with the teachers of the Department to establish educational, scientific and educational work of the Department. At the request of our students, we use the program Whatsapp, Zoom on the Internet, creating a chat group, classes are held regularly. The difficulty of the Online lesson creates technical problems on the Internet when conducting conferences via WH-App, Zoom. But, nevertheless, thanks to the possibilities of modern technologies in teaching, knowledge is being improved.
