February 23 Faculty of Oriental Studies, visited the crew of TV channel "TAN". Student Shedzi Kitamura, a visiting student at the University of Tsukuba (Japan), said that would be very pleased to see that Japanese technology would be useful for Kazakhstan, but as the saying goes, "Measure twice - cut once," in this issue you have to be extremely careful.
