March 31, 2017 in KazNU at Al-Farabi was held a meeting with a graduate of the Faculty of Oriental Studies of the Department of Far East, Japanese Studies Anton Golub, where the students of the faculty had an opportunity to talk with a graduate and learn more about his future profession, and for the graduate - to share with his experiences. The students from 1 to 3 courses took part in this meeting, they were able to get detailed answers to the questions they were interested in, especially concerning internships in Japan, about living abroad and staying for a long time in a foreign country. Anton Golub shared his further plans and work experience as an interpreter, told about programs for internships in Japan and about the student years spent in the alma mater. According to Anton in the future, he would like to work in KazNU as a teacher of Japanese. While studying at KazNU Anton Golub passed an internship at the University of Hokkaido, actively participated in the Japanese speech contest not only as a participant, but also as a master of ceremony, also managed to work as an interpreter in Japan. Finally, our graduate advised the future generation to be active, to study harder and not give up.
