The basics of the Japanese cuisine

On Friday, 4th December, held a weekly meeting of the Japanese club. The theme of this meeting were the basics of the Japanese cuisine.

Fourth-year students taught freshmen rapid methods of preparing “makidzusi” from available products. Makidzusi is the land in the form of a cylinder made with the bamboo mat which calls “Makis”. Sempais showed a master class and then each of the presenters tried to prepare the rolls themselves. The event was also attended by the teachers Nurseitova Laila and Takashi Ninomiya, who personally taught students to use special Japanese rice cooker and observed the process of making sushi. During the meeting club presenters tried to make one girl (Japanese dish of unleavened rice made in the form of a triangle or a sphere). Fill a large dish of rolls, all members of the Japanese club began a joint meal, after what Sempais regaled their Kohais with tasty and fragrant herbal tea, imported from Japan. All of the students were satisfied with the meeting, which was held in a friendly, pleasant atmosphere. Freshmen sincerely thanked the senior students for hosting such an event and acquired culinary skills. Students look forward to new meetings.
