An online meeting academic staff of Turksoy department with 1st year students
On September 2, 2020, an online meeting of the academic teaching staff of the Turksoy department Faculty of Oriental Studies with the students of the first year was held.
During the meeting, the head of the department U.T. Kydyrbaeva, deputy head of the department for teaching and methodological and educational part K.B. Zhanataeva, deputy head for scientific and innovative work and international relations E.A. Montanay introduced first-year students admitted to the department by the teaching staff and the work process of the department. In the course of online meeting, the students were informed that due to the current pandemic situation in the country, distance learning will be conducted from September 14 this year. At the meeting, students were introduced to the achievements of the department, international relations with foreign universities, academic policy and students’ life.
The foreign scientists Baloglu Selenay, Kabadai Geren, Mr. Chakir expressed their warm wishes to the students admitted to the department this year.
Also, the teaching staff of the department associate professor G. K. Katabayeva and the senior lecturer G. K. Temenova expressed their wishes to the students. The staff of the department noted that today is a special day for students, one of the most important stages in their life, entering a new life. The students were informed that the main activity of the University will always be the development of science and education, providing quality education at the University, participating in cultural events and being active.
At the end of the online meeting, the department staff expressed confidence that students will appreciate such advantages provided by the country's higher educational institution and also wished that the specialty chosen by the students would become art, the art pass to life and happiness always accompany them.
