The pride of our department.
April 4, 2024 at the Faculty of Oriental Studies of the Kazakh National University. Al-Farabi hosted the annual international scientific and practical conference of students and young scientists “Farabi Alemi”. The conference consists of 5 sections as shown below.
1. Politics and economics of the countries of the East.
2. History and culture of eastern countries
3. Current problems of oriental languages and literature
4. Society and religion of eastern countries
5. Countries of the East in the foreign policy of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Students of the Turksoy department took part in the conference and won prizes:
In the section "Politics and economics of Eastern countries" the student of the 2nd course of the specialty 6В02209 of Eastern Studies, department of Turksoy Kudaibergen Ayazhan (leader K.B. Zhanataeva, senior teacher of the department of Turksoi) took the 2nd place.
- In the section "History and culture of Eastern countries" 2nd place was taken by a student of the 2nd course of the specialty 6B02209 of Eastern Studies, department of Turksoy Toletova Aknur Bolatkyzy (supervisor - senior teacher of the department of Turksoy Janataeva K.B.).
- In the section "Society and religion of Eastern countries" took the 1st place Aner Arlan Askaruly, student of the 3rd year of the specialty 6В02209 Eastern Studies, department of Turksoy, (leader, senior teacher of the department of Turksoy Zhanataeva K.B.)
- In the section "Actual problems of Eastern languages and literature" the 4th year students of the "Translation Department" department took 3rd place, Turksoy Muratova Zhannur (supervisor - professor Kurmanali Chakyroglu A.A.) and Kazibekova Makpal (supervisor - professor Shadkam Z.)
