Within the framework of the interstate programme "Türk Dünya Üniversiteleri", the Turkish TV channel "TRT" made a documentary film about a higher education institution.The purpose of the documentary was to present and popularise the leading universities of the Turkic world.The documentary film presented all information about the life of the university. In addition, the scientific and educational infrastructure of the university was presented in detail.In the documentary film participated as main actors, as well as interpreters students of 2nd and 3rd year Salimbaeva Asel, Dulatkyzy Aziza, Muratova Albina, Aner Arlan of the speciality of Oriental Studies of the Department of Turksoy. Our students accompanied the film crew and in every possible way helped the process of filming. The filming process lasted from 11 to 14 November, during this time the film crew got acquainted with the work of the university, including the work of the Faculty of Oriental Studies. Students of the Department of Turksoy, Chinese and Far East Studies gave a warm welcome to the delegation and helped in shooting the documentary film.The students of the Türksoy Department had a unique experience not only in learning Turkish, but also in acting.
