A meeting with employers online via zoom was held at the Faculty of Oriental Studies. The meeting was organized by Acting Dean of the Faculty of Oriental Studies Em N.B., Deputy Dean of the Faculty of Oriental Studies for Educational and Methodical Work Amirbekova U.A., Deputy Head of the Department of Sinology for Educational and Methodical Work Arzykulov A.A., Head of the Department of Sinology Kerimbaev E., Head of the Department of Middle Eastern and South Asian studies Kokeeva D.M., Head of TURKSOY Department Gabdullin K.T., Deputy Head of the Department of the Far Eastern studies Belyalova A.
The meeting was attended by the Dean, Deputy Deans, Heads of the Department, employers from the M.O. Auezov Institute of Literature and Art, Huawei Company, Shinhan Bank and program coordinators: Translation, Oriental Studies, Foreign Philology: Oriental languages.
Deputy Director of the Institute of Literature and Art named after M.O. Auezov Kydyr T.E. attended and spoke at the meeting from the TURKSOY Department. He gave valuable suggestions on the introduction of courses valuable for improving the OP of the Faculty of Oriental Studies.
As a result of the meeting, it was decided to consider the recommendations of employers and the periodic organization of similar meetings.
