Gratitude is a matter of honor for humanity!
March 1, 2022 a festive event was held in an action "Gratitude is a matter of honor of humanity!" to the Thanksgiving Day by the curator-adviser of the 1st year of the department TURKSOY Zh. Abeldaev.
March 1 has been celebrated in the country as a "Thanksgiving Day" since 2016. The Day of Gratitude is a Day of respect for each other of all citizens of our country who together overcome difficult times and selflessly work on the way to building independent Kazakhstan in the shortest possible time.
"Thanksgiving Day" is the main basis of Kazakhstan's identity, the nationwide patriotic idea "Mangilik El", aimed at perpetuating the people of Kazakhstan, the goal of consolidating all nations and nationalities of the country under a single shanyrak.
The event was attended by the deputy dean of the Faculty of Oriental Studies for teaching-methodological and educational work U. A. Amirbekova, Head of the department TURKSOY M. S. Egamberdiev, deputy heads of the department TURKSOY K. Zhanataeva and M. Isakhanova, invited teachers from Turkey Nureddin Chakyr, Selenai Koshumju, 1st-year master's student Polish Marcin Krzywdzinski, students and curators-advisors of the Faculty of Oriental Studies and the teaching staff of the TURKSOY department.
At the event, 1st year students on the first bright spring day thanked the Creator, the whole world, humanity, parents, teachers and expressed their filial duty. At the event, young people sang songs in Kazakh and Turkish. Everybody watched a video, which was created specifically for the Thanksgiving Day.
