Within the framework of the 5th Jubilee International Farabiev Readings, the International Scientific and Practical Conference "DIGITAL LAW: SPECIFICATION OF THE KAZAKHSTAN MODEL AND NEW DEVELOPMENT DIRECTIONS" is held.

Conference: issues of updating digitalization and providing this process with specialized legislation at the world and national levels. Particular attention will be paid to the theoretical aspects of the formation and development of Digital Law, its role and place in the system of modern law of Kazakhstan. Particular attention will be paid to space law, genetic law, digital identification and robotics. During the conference the modern problems of information law, problems of constitutional legal, civil law, administrative legal, financial and legal regulation of legal relations in the Internet space, as well as problems of legal responsibility in the information sphere will be considered.

Scientists from far and near abroad countries, Kazakhstani scientists, employees of state bodies, public associations, mass media will take part in the conference.
