ON1 develop company development strategies based on monitoring and evaluating the current strategy and the effectiveness of achieving and implementing goals and objectives in the strategic management system;
ON2 to determine modern analytical tools of management, quantitative methods in management, methods of diagnostics, analysis and problem solving, as well as methods of decision making and their implementation in the organization’s activities;
ON3 to analyze the methods of conducting scientific research and calculations, determining the social, environmental and technical and economic indicators of the effectiveness of management activities and business;
ON4 diagnose the state of corporate finance and design effective management decisions in the field of general and strategic management ;
ON5 to develop an educational and methodical complex of disciplines in accordance with the requirements of the university, conduct classes and research, at lectures and seminars to reveal the essence of strategic management, human resource management, project analysis, quality management.
