Upon completion of this educational program, PhD doctors are expected to be able to:
1. to demonstrate a systematic understanding in the field of technology for creating organic substances and materials of synthetic and natural origin of various functional purposes using available regional raw materials;
2. to conduct a critical analysis, evaluation and synthesis of ideas in the field of chemistry and technology for the production of organic substances and their functionalization;
3. to systematize and interpret modern scientific theories and concepts of innovative trajectories of chemical technology of organic substances and materials in order to create a technology for the production of organic substances and materials with a given structure and properties;
4. to build a research process on the topic of the thesis in the form of reasoned scientific results for discussion in scientific discussions, rating publications of international databases;
5. to organize research, project and educational and professional activities of students on undergraduate and graduate programs;
6. to present educational and research activities in the form of scientific reports, abstracts, theses of articles, doctoral dissertations, research projects in a professional environment and in an audience that does not have appropriate professional training:
7. to evaluate the validity of the methods used in scientific research in the field of chemistry and technology of organic substances;
8. to formulate scientific goals and objectives and find their solution;
9. carry out scientific experiments and correctly analyze their results;
10. to integrate interdisciplinary knowledge in the research process on the problems of chemical technology of organic substances and materials in order to describe and analyze innovative research approaches;

- Description: The purpose of discipline is to give doctoral students the creative ability to consciously choose and use modern, innovative theoretical and experimental research methods for fundamental and applied research at a high level and generate results that meet international requirements. The course is a scientific and methodological base, the development of which will allow doctoral students to conduct research at a high international level, encourages them to actively participate in scientific and innovative activities and commercialization of scientific results. As a result of acquisition the course, the doctoral student will be able to:
- individually set and solve scientific tasks for performing high-level research in the field of chemistry and technology of natural and synthetic organic substances and materials;
- analyze scientific publications and results, determine their scientific level, and identify opportunities for their taking into account and use in their own research;
- develop and implement experimental methods that allow obtaining the most reliable scientific results in the field of chemistry and technology of natural and synthetic organic substances and materials;
- interpret and generalize data obtained by modern physical and physico-chemical methods;
- identify, justify and interpret priority areas of development in the field of chemistry and chemical technology; plan research in these areas in the form of projects and applications for grant funding from various international and national funds;
- interpret, summarize and present the results of their own research in the form of scientific articles for publication in highly rated international publications, reports at highly significant international conferences.

- Description: The main purpose of "PhD thesis writing and defence": of a doctoral dissertation is the formation of the doctoral students' ability to disclose the content of research work for the defense of the thesis.
During the study of course, doctoral student's should be competent in:
1. to substantiate the content of new scientifically grounded theoretical and experimental results that allow to solve a theoretical or applied problem or are a major achievement in the development of specific scientific directions;
2. explain the assessment of the completeness of the solutions to the tasks assigned, according to the specifics of the professional sphere of activity;
3. they can analyze alternative solutions for solving research and practical problems and assess the prospects for implementing these options;
4. apply the skills of writing scientific texts and presenting them in the form of scientific publications and presentations.
5. to plan and structure the scientific search, clearly highlight the research problem, develop a plan / program and methods for its study, formalize, in accordance with the requirements of the State Educational Establishment, the scientific and qualification work in the form of a thesis for a scientific degree Doctor of Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) on specialty «8D07502 – Standardization and certification (by industry)».

- Description: The purpose of the discipline is to form the ability of doctoral students to express their approaches and conclusions based on the results of scientific research, arguments and hypotheses as a style of academic writing. The training course forms the methodological basis for presenting research results in the open press, periodicals, international conferences and communication with scientists from other countries, as well as in the form of applications for participation in the competition.
As a result of acquisition the course, the doctoral student will be able to:
- write scientific articles for publication in international scientific journals indexed in the Scopus and Web of Science databases;
-critically analyze scientific works, by indicating their advantages and disadvantages;
-prepare a dissertation thesis, clearly presenting the purpose and objectives of the research, discussing the results and formulating conclusions based on the analysis of literature in a given section of chemical science;
-present the content of scientific work: dissertation, monograph, review in a concise form, preserving its essence and structure;
-write, present and defend scientific projects on actual problems of chemical technology of organic substances and materials.
