Al-Farabi KazNU was visited by the General Manager of CYBERPARK at Bilkent University, Faruk Inaltekin.

During the meeting Chairman of the Board – Rector of Al-Farabi Kazakh National University Zhanseit Tuimebayev and Faruk Inaltekin discussed the directions and prospects of cooperation in the research field, as well as ways to implement them.

It was noted that KazNU has a great potential of scientific personnel. The university pays great attention to strengthening integration with foreign scientific institutes and laboratories. Scientists annually carry out 300 scientific and technical projects, many of which are prepared for commercialization.

In turn, the General Manager of CYBERPARK Faruk Inaltekin presented the activities of the organization. Bilkent CYBERPARK is one of the largest technoparks in Republic of Türkiye by its leading companies in several fields that are 240 R&D companies, 5 research centers, 1 micro nano chip factory, 4000 approximate employees and 115.000 m2 indoor space. It has an important role in technology-based entrepreneurship ecosystem.As a part of this mission, Bilkent CYBERPARK creates partnerships by identifying potential business opportunities for incubation firms and companies by offering them continuously growing.

"We intend to establish close partnership with the Al-Farabi Kazakh National University and jointly develop the latest technologies and projects. By creating synergy with universities and state institutions, we unite domestic and foreign companies," Faruk Inaltekin mentioned in his speech.

At the end of the meeting, Faruk Inaltekin expressed gratitude to the management of KazNU and offered to establish a mutually beneficial partnership between KazNU and Bilkent CYBERPARK.
